Applied Control Engineering, Inc. to acquire
Sequential Automation Consultants

Newark, DE; King of Prussia, PA – Applied Control Engineering, Inc. (ACE) and Sequential Automation Consultants (Sequential) announced today that they have agreed to transfer ownership of Sequential’s process automation and systems integration business to ACE.
“We feel that the additional experience and capabilities that Sequential brings to our company will be of significant value to our existing customer base and to new clients as well,” said Timothy L. Cole, P.E., President of Applied Control Engineering, Inc.
Sequential, currently operating out of King of Prussia, PA, represents a very similar business to ACE providing process automation services to manufacturing companies in the Delaware Valley. ACE, a leading provider of manufacturing automation and manufacturing information systems solutions, has seven engineering offices spanning from Boston to Houston including two local engineering offices in Newark, DE and Quakertown, PA.
